Easy Serve Shredded Breast and Salty Fish
Trendy North Asian dish with a modern twist of fried rice, salty fish and shredded chicken.
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- M&J Oven Roasted Thigh Meat 480g
- Rice – Pilaf 600g
- Salty fish 60g
- Fried shallots 320g
- Coriander pesto 80g
Method:
- Finely dice salty fish and cook with the pilaff
- Heat Oven Roasted Thigh Meat as per instructions and stir through pilaf
- Place pilaff in the centre of the plate
- Garnish with coriander pesto and fried shallots
