Easy Serve Shredded Breast and Salty Fish

Trendy North Asian dish with a modern twist of fried rice, salty fish and shredded chicken.

  • M&J Oven Roasted Thigh Meat 480g
  • Rice – Pilaf 600g
  • Salty fish 60g
  • Fried shallots 320g
  • Coriander pesto 80g


  1. Finely dice salty fish and cook with the pilaff
  2. Heat Oven Roasted Thigh Meat as per instructions and stir through pilaf
  3. Place pilaff in the centre of the plate
  4. Garnish with coriander pesto and fried shallots
