Oven Roasted & Sliced Tandoori Breast
Modern Indian flavours over a velvety bed of skordalia.
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- M&J Oven Roasted & Sliced Tandoori Breast 720g
- Cauliflower skordalia 560g
- Natural Greek yoghurt 200g
- Peas 80g
- Brown onion 120g
Method:
- Heat skordalia
- Heat Oven Roasted & Sliced Tandoori Breast as per instructions
- Clean onion, cut in half and char-grill
- Steam peas and blend through yoghurt
- Place Skordalia in the centre of the plate, add charred onion beside
- Place chicken on skordalia
- Pipe over pea yoghurt in a spiderweb pattern
