Oven Roasted & Sliced Tandoori Breast

Modern Indian flavours over a velvety bed of skordalia.
Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • M&J Oven Roasted & Sliced Tandoori Breast 720g
  • Cauliflower skordalia 560g
  • Natural Greek yoghurt 200g
  • Peas 80g
  • Brown onion 120g

Method:

  1. Heat skordalia
  2. Heat Oven Roasted & Sliced Tandoori Breast as per instructions
  3. Clean onion, cut in half and char-grill
  4. Steam peas and blend through yoghurt
  5. Place Skordalia in the centre of the plate, add charred onion beside
  6. Place chicken on skordalia
  7. Pipe over pea yoghurt in a spiderweb pattern
