Tapas Spicy Bites
Crispy chicken coated in hot, vibrant spices served with wasabi mayonnaise and chat potatoes.
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- M&J Spicy Bites 400g
- Chat potato 600g
- Wasabi mayonnaise 120g
- Pesto 160
- Salt 12g
Method:
- Heat Spicy Bites as per instructions
- Halve and boil chat potato
- Once cooked, drain and dry
- Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and roast at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes until crispy
- Serve wasabi mayonnaise and pesto in side dishes
