Char-Grilled Chicken and Ginger Nori Butter

Zesty ginger and nori with char-grilled chicken to awaken your tastebuds.
Serves 4.


  • M&J Char-Grilled Natural Thigh Fillet 480g
  • Butter 32g
  • Nori sheets, finely chopped 32g
  • Fresh ginger, finely chopped 8g
  • Continental parsley, finely chopped 4 pieces
  • Chinese broccoli 280g
  • Garlic oil 10ml


  1. Mix the nori, ginger and parsley through the butter
  2. Form into a log and place in the fridge to set
  3. Heat a flat grill to medium heat, a medium heat will make water sizzle when dropped on. A teaspoon of water is a good test
  4. Brush the broccolini with oil and grill for 2.5 minutes on either side
  5. Warm Char Grilled Natural Thigh Fillet on the flat grill, three minutes on either side
  6. Serve chicken over the greens and place a slice of butter on each chicken piece
