Mac & Cheese with Easy Serve Chicken Bites

Simple, yet tasty, chicken and macaroni dinner to feed the whole family!
Serves 4.

Ingredients:

• Macaroni 400g
• M&J Easy Serve Breast Shredded 300g
• Qimiq cooking cream 400g
• Cheddar 140g
• Gryure 200g
• Parmesan 100g
• Garlic, finely chopped 30g
• Dijon mustard 20g
• Chives, chopped 1 bunch
• Butter 30g

Method:

1. In a large pot of salted water bring to boil and cook the macaroni as per packet instructions
2. Chop chives
3. Melt butter, sautee garlic, add cream, mustard and cheese
4. When the cheese has melted add Easy Serve Breast Shredded, stir in macaroni
5. Heat all together for 6 minutes, do not boil
6. Portion into bowls and garnish with chopped chives
