Heat and Serve Tenderloin

Quick to prepare and low-calorie, here’s a classic Summer dish of tender chicken, cabbage and chervil.
Serves 4.


  • M&J Crumbed Tenderloin 720g
  • Sugar loaf cabbage 400g
  • Anchovies 64g
  • Fresh garlic 40g
  • Continental parsley 12 pieces
  • Vinegar 160ml
  • Lemon juice 20ml
  • Black Pepper 4g
  • Chervil 12 pieces


  1. Shred cabbage as fine as possible
  2. Blend all other ingredients together
  3. Heat Crumbed Tenderloins as per cooking instructions
  4. Place cabbage in the centre of the plate
  5. Pour dressing over
  6. Place tenderloins on top
  7. Garnish with chervil
