Tagliatelle with Chicken and Mushrooms

Buttery garlic sauce with roast chicken, mushrooms and pasta.
Serves 6.


  • Extra virgin olive oil 50ml
  • M&J Oven Roasted & Shredded Chicken Meat 900g
  • Butter 20g
  • Mushroom, sliced 400g
  • Fresh garlic, finely chopped 40g
  • White wine 100ml
  • Qimiq cooking cream 200g
  • Tagliatelle 400g
  • Lemon juice 20 ml
  • Lemon rind, chopped 10g
  • Continental parsley, chopped 10 pieces
  • Oregano, chopped 10g
  • Parmesan, grated 100g


  1. Heat the butter in a heavy-based pan and oil
  2. Add the garlic and mushrooms and saute for approximately 6 minutes
  3. Add the cream to the pot with the lemon juice, white wine and lemon rind
  4. Bring to simmer
  5. Cook the pasta in boiling water as per packet instructions
  6. Add M&J Oven Roasted & Shredded Chicken Meat and oregano to sauce and heat through for 8 minutes on simmer

Serving suggestions

Garnish with parsley and parmesan
