Fried, Coated & Crumbed

Our cooked IQF products are tumbled, coated in custom breading, flash-fried, and fully cooked in a spiral oven for a variety of textures and flavors. After cooking, they are IQF frozen in a spiral freezer, ensuring a 12-month shelf life. Available products include crumbed tenders, schnitzels, bites, wings, strips, and more.

Oven Roasted

This product is brined and available either marinated or plain. It undergoes a pipeline X-ray inspection before cooking, is carefully shredded, and packed in a thermoformer. Finally, it is re-cooked to pasteurize and ensure safety.

Sous Vide

Our sous vide process is trusted by a wide range of sectors, including retailers, airline caterers, QSR chains, restaurants, and coffee shops. Known for its versatility, 42-day chilled shelf life, and kitchen success across Australia, we offer both off-the-shelf and custom products. These include portioned breast and thigh fillets (marinated or plain), wing cuts, whole birds, and more, all inspected with X-ray for safety.

M&J Chickens use a combination of tumbling and sous vide methods to create a unique, high-quality product. The chicken is brined, chargrilled by hand for flavor, and then fully cooked using sous vide.
