Tapas Devil
Mouthwatering crispy chicken served with potatoes and Japanese style mayonnaise.
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- M&J Devil Bites 200g
- Chat potatoes 200g
- Extra virgin olive oil 80ml
- Coriander pesto 80g
- Kewpie Japanese style mayonnaise 160g
Method:
- Quarter and blanch chat potato
- Toss in olive oil
- Air fry Devil Bites from frozen 160 degrees celsius for 10 minutes
- Serve chicken and potatoes in a bowl with sauces separate
