Tapas Devil

Mouthwatering crispy chicken served with potatoes and Japanese style mayonnaise.
Serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • M&J Devil Bites 200g
  • Chat potatoes 200g
  • Extra virgin olive oil 80ml
  • Coriander pesto 80g
  • Kewpie Japanese style mayonnaise 160g

Method:

  1. Quarter and blanch chat potato
  2. Toss in olive oil
  3. Air fry Devil Bites from frozen 160 degrees celsius for 10 minutes
  4. Serve chicken and potatoes in a bowl with sauces separate
