Non-traditional butter chicken (bunny chow)

South African style dish where butter chicken meets American salad.
Serves 4.

Ingredients

• M&J Butter chicken
• Bread Rolls Par Bake
• Caesar Salad

Instructions

1. Cut the top of the roll and place to one side
2. Scoop out the centre and place to one side
3. Put butter chicken in to roll and heat in the oven
4. Place the top of the roll into the oven and heat until crisp
5. Place the lid on the roll
6. Serve beside the baby Caesar salad
